Voting Issues?

One of the most common issues players encounter when voting is receiving a message that they have already voted today. This is usually caused by one of the following reasons: 

• 24 hours may not have passed since your last vote, as there is a 24-hour cooldown period for voting on a server.

• A vote may have been cast from your IP address by someone else, which commonly happens when another person on your Wi-Fi votes on the site. A potential fix for this issue is to use a different device with cellular data to vote.

Another common issue players encounter is that their vote is registered, but no reward is given. Below are a few reasons this might happen: 

• Your username was misspelled, be sure to double-check it before submitting your vote. If this happens, please feel free to reach out to a staff member, and we will be happy to correct it for you. 

• The server may be offline. If Mango Bay is offline, it won't be able to register your vote or reward you. We restart the server every midnight EST.

• Voting may occasionally be down, although this is rare. If it happens, we will ensure to post an announcement to inform players that votes will not be registered.
